Yes, the First Time Buyer's Incentive has ended, but Interest Rates and Home Prices are still a tremendous value in today's market.It is definitely the Spring Market - Buyers are out there looking for the values in the neighborhoods they are desirous of living in. Interest rates have managed to stay at all time low rates - and Sellers are pricing their homes reasonably. With the Spring Market comes the choice of many new homes to view - get out there and start looking: these rates aren't going to stay low forever. ...
